The beginning

Intro:
Alright so you want to know something about me. If not then you came to the wrong place. First thing you should know is that I suck at typing so don't be surprised at my awful writing.
Alright here the scoop. I'm almost 20 and Going to school in Maine. I was one of those weirdos who loved high school. I had great friends and a lot of fun. Some of those friend I've lost touch with, but I still see many of them in my time off, mostly summers. I was also very involved with a number of church youth groups. I still run with the Lazy Mountain group when I'm home. Time spent with them is a huge blessing. There aren't many believers in my school, and as a result my faith is taxed to its limits while I am in Maine.
I am currently Attending Maine Maritime Academy in Castine Maine. I am attempting to get a commission in the US Marine Corps where I hope to fly. Staying focused tends to be a bit difficult, I have often considered doing something different. Every aspect of my life that I enjoy is in Alaska; my friends, my family, and most importantly while I am here I feel so much closer to God. In Maine I feel disconnected most of the time. Oh well this is where I am supposed to be, and I will see it through to the end.

News:
Now for some of the current stuff. Right now I am home in Ak. We are moving so things are a little crazy around here. At the same time I'm working for John Nash don't the road. Mostly I just buck hay bails all day, but I like farm work and its great to just be workin' hard outside. I still hang out with my friends every chance I get. I am able to find the time to get together with LMBC youth group and our summer bible study when ever I get the chance.
Oh I just got word that I received a Navy schollarship. Thats a major plus. We were getting kinda low on dow for school. Also I'm finaly getting my new teeth tomorrow yea.

The good stuff:
Ok for those of you who have read this far and really want to know what is going on in my head. The big thing for me is getting to visit and old friend. This week my little Bro sean and I are going down to Homer to see some people. For him its a girl he met at Alyeska and talks to all the time. For me it a chance to see a great friend from high school. Her name is Heidi Olson, and we used to be pretty good friends especially sophmore year. We started to run with different crowds and sorta lost touch with each other. After not talking to her for three years, and trying to track her down I finaly got ahold of her. She is doing really well and I am so happy to hear her laugh again. I always knew she would come out alright in the end it was just a matter of time. Anywho, now I'm headed down to visit her on wednesday. I'm a little apprehensive, she's got a boyfriend who she says is a good guy, but he still may not like some guy he's never met showing up to visit his girl. Mostly I'm just really excited. well I better get to bed. Lata all.
